Arrows Terms of Use

Welcome to Arrows ("Arrows", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Arrows, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arrows, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Arrows for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Subscriptions

Arrows may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium content and features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the app.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app except as permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, artwork, game assets, trademarks, and software associated with Arrows are owned by Eversoft Solution or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer

Arrows is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eversoft Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Arrows.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Arrows after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
